python Posted November 26, 2010 Share Posted November 26, 2010 Hi I a have an ASUS G50V laptop that is running windows 7 32 bit. My DVD-SUPER MULTI drive model is HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA T50N. I keep getting the L0 DATA ZONE CAPACITY FAILED ERROR and if I clink continue I get another error; something about I/O error.I am attaching the LOG file with this so you can view it.I am using VERBATIM 8x DVD + R DL blank media for recording.Another thing to note is that my DVD drive is clean because I burned an image on the DVD + R DL using ASTROBURN PRO (by daemon tools) and it worked perfectly.Please help me out in this regard. python Posted November 27, 2010 Author Share Posted November 27, 2010 tried updating the DVD drive firmware and still got the same error.I dont think the lens needs cleaning because in between this process I used the writer to write the same file on a DVD but used another program.
