If an ISO image is too large to fit on one DVD, can ImgBurn be used to created it across a series of 2 or more disks?

Is this dependable for restore purposes even if it is possible?

If no to either, what are the options?

No.

Get a disc that it fits on or extract the contents from the ISO (or mount it in a virtual drive program) and make new images or whatever size you fancy using.

Of course if it's a video type disc, you can't just split the files between discs, you'll have to use a (re)authoring program to do it.
