I tried to burn a DVD for the first time using a SONY 4.7gb DVD RW but the laptop appeared to give up after completing only 5% of the process. I killed the process as it seemed to hang at this point. LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 6, 2010 Posted December 6, 2010 Update the firmware on the drive and try again. http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/GT10N/files.html If it still doesn't work, try with some other DVD+RW discs (non 'SONY-S11-00' dye).
