img burn

[blu ray hunter]

hi,i am trying to burn a blu ray starting with dvd fab and burning with img burn.When img burn starts after a couple seconds an error occurs and the process fails.this is what pops up on the sreen. any suggestions what i am doing wrong?

You might want to double check what you're attaching

 

You've uploaded a sound file.

 

Just copy + paste all the text from the log window when you run into the issue.

Update the firmware on your drive.

If the drive still doesn't like 'OTCBDR-001-000' media, don't use them.
