I want to know if Imageburn can be used in company as freeware?

Im working as IT Technican in a company which is looking for a burning Software.

I found in the licence this sentence:

"This program is freeware and cannot be sold in any way, shape or form. Anyone may freely use this software at home or in the workplace."

Now I want to make shure if I understand it correct and want to ask is it free? Even for Companys?

The Software will be used by my colleagues to burn their Backups on DVD.

Yes it's free and anyone can use it (even within a company (that's the 'workplace' bit)) - so long as they aren't directly making money off it.
