Illegal mode for this track-Vaio VPCCW13FX

Guys,

 

I have a problem in burning DVDs and CDs,

where the writing stops after a variable time without finishing writing.

Happend in Media Player, Roxio, and Nero

Attached log file from Nero if any body could help.
