can imageburn make a bd 25 or bd 50 is there a option to shrink movie at all

No imgburn burns files or ISOs *as is*, it does not in any way compress movies. You will have to find a program to shrink your movies down. Then you can use imgburn to burn your newly created ISO. Good luck.
