aval57 Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 LUK, Does /LAYERBREAK unset the SPLIF flag (if set)? Assuming that a 'seamless layer break' a la pgcEdit method is intended, and following dual layer rules (i.e. layer1 > layer 2, break LB divisible by 16) is simply invoking /LAYERBREAK sufficient/appropriate? I would run a test, but that would require actually possessing some DL disks :-) thanks
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 It will not change anything. So if it's set, it stays sets. If it's not set, it stays not set.
aval57 Posted July 17, 2006 Author Posted July 17, 2006 and just for the sake of completeness, am I understanding correctly from your post here http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?s=&...post&p=8192 If the selected position didn't have the flag set, ImgBurn sets it. that ImgBurn will unset SPLIF (and set STC discontinuity flag, I guess) if the user selects the break from within the interface? Your program is great, btw! Both simple and elegant.
blutach Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 STC discont is different to seamless cell flag. Regards
LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 17, 2006 Posted July 17, 2006 Yes it will uncheck it if not already unchecked - and the user doesn't specifically tell the program not to update the ifo's. (there's a checkbox for that now if it wasn't in 1.3.0.0, I can't remember).
aval57 Posted July 17, 2006 Author Posted July 17, 2006 STC discont is different to seamless cell flag. Regards Thanks blutach, I was aware of that, and also thanks for your pgcEdit seamless how-to, without which I wouldn't have known enough to even ask the above questions.
