Cynthia Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 You initial error could indicate a hard ware issue with the burner (it's gone broken). W 19:33:33 Failed to Write Sectors 608 - 639 - Reason: Tracking Servo Failure A cleaning disc could also be worth a try.

I am going out to buy my self an new burner so this wont happen again... What you recommended? I read around the website and could not choose one... I am using a laptop HP pavilion dv7-1228ca. and lastly are external burners good or no? Sorry for so many questions it is just I don't want any more problems with this lol
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Just don't buy a slimline one. Buy a tried and tested normal size burner and put it in an enclosure. You can find reviews of most new drives from the major players (manufacturers) all over the internet (i.e. www.myce.com )

xXCoolBeansXx Posted December 31, 2010 Author Posted December 31, 2010 I am thinking of getting a Pioneer DVR-108. Would that be good?
xXCoolBeansXx Posted December 31, 2010 Author Posted December 31, 2010 Ok so I got a ASUS usb burner and this thing is working like a charm! Everything is all better now!
