Here's the log, doesn't get any farther than this:

This is on a fresh install on Windows, too.

Install the latest chipset/storage drivers on your motherboard. Don't rely on Microsoft drivers.

What's written in the status bar when it gets stuck? (make sure debug mode is still enabled)

 

Do you have a disc in the drive?
