Can I create a regular DVD from an .mpg file?

I have a home movie that I uploaded and saved as an .mpg file.

I would like to put that on a regular DVD disc

so that it can be played on an ordinary (NTSC) DVD player.

 

I don't need to do any editing, and I don't want any titles or menus.

 

Can I use ImgBurn to do this?

 

If not, can you recommend freeware programs that can do this?

No, ImgBurn just burns as-is.

 

Try DVD Flick for the conversion to DVD Video (a VIDEO_TS folder).
