burning get stuck at 1%

After trying to burn image to disc it gets stuck at 1 %. There is a message on the bottom that waiting for drives to reach some potential- any suggestions ?

Looks as you use the computer/source hard disk while you burn. Try not to do that.

Try a new burn and don't abort the burn. The program is just waiting for the hard disk to be ready to feed the burner with data. The burn proof feature of the burner will continue to burn the disc even if it has to wait for the hard disk.
