Failed to set L0 data zone capacity I dont know what to do

I am at my wits end I am using the same DL disks in my desktop and there is no problem. I run into a problem when I try using my laptop to burn the media...Here is the log.

My drive is a GMA-4080n

Laptop is a Gateway MX 6124

Windows XP SP3

I cannot find a firmware update for the drive

Compatibility isn't as simple as, if it works in one drive it'll work in any drive.

 

The drive in your laptop doesn't like the discs. So either you change the disc or you change the drive in your laptop. It's as simple as that.

 

Burning at 2.4x is an old myth. If you can get a decent quality burn at 500000000x in your drive (yes, I know that speed isn't actually possible), it'll still work perfectly fine.
