I am getting the error " "WINDOWS 7

hi all

im new to site and iv tried looking at all questions but i cant find a solution to mine

can i Apologise if this question as come up before

I am getting the error "

 

"WINDOWS 7 error The application has failed to start because the side by side configuration is incorrect please see the application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail

now it was working OK till today

iv updated to new version still the same

iv uninstalled rebooted reinstalled still same

iv uninstalled rebooted put older version on still same

 

iv done a registry clean

 

can anybody help
