I can't write an ISO to CD. It says "No writers detected". I have a CD burner in Device manager. How can I solve this?

Actually there is only one that is currently available. Drive 1.

The Drive 2 is USB and is not currently plugged in.

Thanks,

If you only have 1 drive in your machine, that must be the GCR-8480B one... and that's NOT a burner.

Thank you for pointing that out to me.
