Problems erasing or burning Disc - Unable to Recover TOC?

So I have lately installed Imgburn on my computer, hoping to start burning some discs.

At first, i tried a fujifilm 4,7GB disc. I tried to burn or in, but a error that looked like this:

Potential 'WaitImmediateIO' Deferred Error - (0,5%, 0/3) - Program Memory Area Update Failure

I then found out, that I was one driver update behind (I updated from TN02 to TN03) I Am using a LG GH22NS50.

But now I can't see any information regarding the disc, neither can i burn on the disc. This is the information it displays:

HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50 TN03 (ATA)

Disc Information:

Physical Format Information (Last Recorded):

Disc ID: DAXON-D42-00

Book Type: DVD+RW

Disc Size: 120mm

In the buttom it says "Disc is not empty"

But when I try to manualy erase the disc: Tools > Drive > Erase > Full

I am met with this error:
