Problems finalising disk - Session Fixation Error Writing Lead Out

Hi guys,

 

I am having problems finalising disks with IMGburn, I am not very clued up when it comes to writing disks and would appreciate any help you can give!

As far as I am aware my drive is up to date and I have successfully managed to burn one disk but have tried again several times and keep getting this error.

I'm supposing that it may be a problem with the disks I am using then as everything else seems fine, just confused that I managed to write one of the disks but everything else is failing.
