img burn stuck HELP!!!

well im doing a burning a file to disk and going all fine till it hits 50% now its stuck and has been for over 10 mins now did not do this last night its was fine

using this drive HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GP08LU10 KE01 (E:) (USB) cuz other one dont burn dual layer. so can any one help thanks

Did you plug-in the USB burner then or it was connected the whole time?

Then it sounds as the connector/cable is not inserted as it should or the drivers are not so good (needs an update). Tried to connect it to another USB plug in the computer?
