dannyh Posted February 15, 2011 Share Posted February 15, 2011 I have been un-installing ImgBurn for about 1 week. each time I uninstall, using the uninstaller that came with the program I get "Successful!" Then within 1 hour it is back on my desktop and the actual folder is back and the program is fully installed again -- I thought I was going crazy for a while! Can anyone help me actually get rid of the program. I have tried many different uninstaller programs including REVO uninstaller and each time it is the same thing. I've tried going through the registry line by line and removing anything that resembles Imgburn and still no luck. Thanks, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 15, 2011 Share Posted February 15, 2011 You've probably got Secunia PSI installed (with auto update enabled) and perhaps DVD Flick installed. PSI detects ImgBurn in the DVD Flick (or any other app that bundles it) folder and then installs it again. It's all totally out of my hands I'm afraid and nothing to do with me or ImgBurn.
