Need some help please

Someone tell me what this means??? #39;(

All im trying to do right now is get the iso off my PS2 disc but it wont even tell me the disc info!

If you go into Read mode and have the disc in the drive, do you get lots of disc info in the box on the right?

 

If not, what message do you see in the statusbar at the bottom of the main window?

I get no data and a medium not present.

And you're sure you had the correct drive selected? i.e. not your virtual drive.

 

If so then you're out of luck, your drive can't initialise the disc.

 

Cleaning it with a cleaning disc may help.
