brudn Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 After building my file and switching to "write", I inserted a Memorex DVD-R into the tray. I then received the message: "Device not ready (medium not present-tray closed)". I am able to play DVD's on this drive. Could it be this drive does not allow the writing? Thanks,
