Movie folder to iso result in different video resolution

When I try to make an ISO image file from a movie folder (Blu-ray or AVCHD), the final ISO result don´t have the same video resolution than the original. In the vertical, the movie is bigger than the original folder.In consequence the actors and all the other objects appear skinnier. Why is that so?

This is an issue with your source files.

 

Wrapping them up inside an ISO doesn't change them.
