I tried to create a data disc, according to disc layout editor it's %98 full but when I hit to burn that message came. Any solution for this capacity calculation trouble in disc layout editor?

There doesn't appear to be enough space on the disc to burn this image.

Image size: 2,307,696 Sectors (4,507 MB) Disc size: 2,298,496 Sectors (4,489 MB)

Would you like to continue anyway?

Nero doesn't give "not enough space" warning for the same operation (above). Also Imgburn gives "not enough space" warning for like 12 gb project too. So that warning is confusing because Imgburn throws same warning for 4,678 mb and 12 gb projects (first project actually writable, second impossible to write)

Disc layout editor and calculate method should be compatible to each other, otherwise users will experience this trouble while Nero already handle it successfully.

Yes Nero overburn option is checked but imgburn overburn option is checked too and while Nero doesn't asks for overburn imgburn still asks. I should update my requests then:

1- If overburn option checked then imgburn shouldn't ask burn anyway but start immediately burn.

2- When a project doesn't fit to disc even with overburn, imgburn shouldn't show burn anyway dialog and shouldn't start the burn operation in anyway.

Were you using the UDF file system in Nero?

UDF takes up at least 1 sector per file and directory. That's roughly 60MB of space for your compilation.

ImgBurn never prevents you from burning any amount to any disc. That is by design - ImgBurn is an advanced tool and if a user makes a stupid mistake, that's their problem.

If the total image size exceeds the size of the disc, you'll be prompted - and that's what you're seeing here.

What it's telling you isn't wrong.
