my sister forgot her password on her pc and she is the admin so i downloaded Ophcrack to use as a bootdisk and when i try to burn the disk it says error invalid field parameter set idk what to do

What you have there is an old writer that don't like (recognize correctly) the new media or have no support at all in it's firmware for that media.

 

You're kinda out of options with that computer/writer.

 

Try use other computer/writer to burn that disc or try different media. Verbatim are recommended.

 

 

 

P.S. You should take in consideration upgrading XP to SP3
