when i put a clean verbatim+r dl disc in my laptop it reads and then says

'Device Not Ready (Tracking Servo Failure)'

how can i fix that?

If you insert an empty Verbatim +R DL disc and switch to read mode, you can copy and paste the info in the right window under disc info?
