Your burner has poor support for those blanks, and on top of it, slim burners are rubbish in general. If you want to stand a chance with the media you have, set the write speed to MAX and use a brand new blank disc. If it doesn't work then your only options are trying with Verbatim media or try with another burner, preferably a normal-size one.
