Having recoded on the disc using ingburn I cannot erase on full format..stays stuck on 0% Erase ?? Over 2hrs now with no change.

 

I have exited grom AnyDVD HD as instructed...I am obviously a plonker but cannot see proble.

If it hasn't finished yet, restart your computer, take the disc out and update your burner's firmware (restart again after updating). Then try doing the Full Erase again.

 

 

No new firmware - says up to date & nothing on this particular drive on line..( HL-DT-ST BD RE BH20N )

You did see the link in my post, right? Is that firmware updater saying your drive isn't compatible or something?
