logical unit not ready, cause not reportable

Hi,

 

Just installed ImgBurn all went well. After inserting the original game BD in teh drive I get a message "logical unit not ready, cause not reportable". Is there a setting that has to be changed? Thanks

Thanks for pointing that out. In fact I have a DVD ROM and a BD RE. It did nto work on either now I will try out on a simple BD ROM.

Tried out on a new BD ROM and receive an error message: "Incompatible Medium Installed" any suggestions to resolve this.

There's nothing you can do. The disc must be in a format the drives don't support - possibly part of some form of copy protection?
