musr139 Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 Hi, I have an LG GGW-H20L BD-RE Drive for 2+ years. It has been working well. In the last week I start to have problems. It says in a pop up window: I/O Error! Device[0:0:0] CDB:12 00 00 00 60 00 Interpretation:Inquiry Reason: Access Denied Any Blu Ray Movie disc I put it and try to play using Nero or PowerDVD, it says No disc found in Drive F: It is on a Windows XP SP3 PC. This has Windows 7 also. I tried to boot in to Windows 7, and at least it is able to see the disc. Please help. (Imgburn 2.5.5.0) Thanks Selvaraj

After trying out many paths, finally I found out that the SATA Cable (or port) connection was not good. I connected the drive different SATA port and it is working well now.
