How do I remove files from over sized folder I`ve chosen to burn

Using 'Standard' input mode, you can't. You'd have to physically remove the files from that folder on the HDD using Explorer or whatever.

 

Using 'Advanced' input mode, just expand said folder and remove what you don't want from the compilation (the lower pane in the window).
