inikki Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 I have used image burn for years (and donated) but 5.0 has given me more problems in a couple of weeks than I ever had in all the years I have used it. In fact, I never remember ever having a problem with previous versions. It seems that about 1 out of 3 discs image burn is unable to close. It burns to 99 or 100 and then hiccups and says OH Gee cannot close. I have to jump through hoops to get some type of closure and many times it just says failed. I want my previous copy back. It NEVER had a problem (but when I go to downloads, while it says it has previous versions, when one goes to download, the only download is the 50). Or fix this bug asap, PLEASE. Kindly note nothing has changed on my end, same computer, burner, driver, discs, decrypter and shrink. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
