I would say that I have a computer that isn't a slouch.

Windows 7 64bit

4GB DDR2 800

Core 2 Quad Q8400

500GB 7200RPM

LG GH22NS50

GeForce 9800 GT

I am so confused why I can't burn files to a DVD using the Build mode with out constantly getting these Yellow Triangles

W 22:52:43 Waiting for buffers to recover... (LBA: 377440)

W 22:52:46 Waiting for hard disk activity to reach threshold level...

Shouldn't I be able to do other things while writing files to a disc. all I am trying to do is surf the internet. I slowed my Burn speed down to 4x that was working previously but now every time I change pages I get those two warnings

I am pretty confused.

I actually started copying data to a DVD and left my computer idle and when I came back I had 3 sets of those two warnings.

Could my Burners Internal Cache be toast? can you explain why this happens.

Do you ever defrag your hdd?

Are you burning thousands of tiny files or something?

If you are, your antivirus program could be holding onto them for too long - thus preventing ImgBurn from buffering them quickly enough.

Try making an image rather than burning on the fly.

Downloading files from the Internet while you burn?

All I was doing was surfing and reading articles

Now a days pretty much every website contains alot of advertisements and flash.

I am burning a Video_ts Folder to a dvd

I have defragmented my hard drive several times even though fragmentation was only 2%

I have Microsoft Security Essentials as my Anti Virus.
