mmalves Posted May 8, 2011 Posted May 8, 2011 Your drive supports burning DVD+R DL media but the media you have is known for its low quality. Update your burner's firmware and try again at 4x or 6x speed. If it doesn't work then you'll have to use Verbatim DVD+R DL blanks.
