Burning failed

Hello;

 

I have problem with burning DVD.

In my system I have 2 drivers : one of them is OPTIRAC DVD writer

and another is PHILIPS BD burner. I try to burn DVD on OPTIRAC and

failed , then I load same disk to PHILIPS and operation was succesful.

Check both drivers with Dell diagnostic utility and they passed tests.

Try cleaning the optiarc with a cleaning disc.

 

You might find it likes burning that media at a faster speed more than it does on a slow one. So try 8x, 12x and 16x rather than just 4x.
