disk to disk

Someone said Imageburn, l jumped, and here l am.

It looks really good, but believe me, l'm totally clueless when it comes to computers, so give me a little lee way.

I have a cd that contains Windows XP Home and l want to copy this onto another cd disk.

I have tried to read most posts, but is there some other program to use to do this or will this one do it?

Even with the "pictures" that come up when the program opens, for me, it's still a bit confusing.
