How to write multi-session discs

I want to backup files by writing data discs (DVD+R and CD-R) and be able to add/replace files at a later time to existing discs already with data. I think this is something like writing with multi-session enabled (keep disc open) instead of closing a disc? Is this possible with ImgBurn? If so, how?

No, ImgBurn can't make multisession discs, sorry.

You can use the built-in burn feature of Windows for that.
