Could use some help advice on my mixed results burning dl

Howdy folks

 

Well ive been having some issues with my drive LITE-ON DVDRW SHM-165P6S MS0R

Latest firmware.

Out of 15 burned dl discs 1 worked

Tried different speeds and everything.

Well now i had 3 x success in a row and strangely enough it was after i used the ltnRPC for removing region on my drive, sounds wierd yes but its after that something got better, might not be the real reason, but electronics can be wierd in many ways

 

Ive burned a few games now that is verified as 100% burns in abgx360, xbox 360 sees them and can start the game but after 15 sec it freezes, when i start install it says disc should be cleaned or something.

 

Can booksetting help me here ?

Any suggestions ?

 

I write at 4x speed works best for me.
