Kennyk78 Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 Hi, I'm trying to back-up a few of my xbox 360 games but I keep getting a copyright pop-up window saying it will fail if I proceed. The program writes it in .iso but it doesn't look right and the file is so small(170mb). I put the disk into my xbox 360 and only the logo pops up, anything I can do to fix this? Please help.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 8, 2011 Posted June 8, 2011 If the pop-up window has already told you it's not going to work, why are you still trying / questioning it? There isn't a 'fix' for it, it's just not possible - full stop. You can't use ImgBurn to 'copy' original xbox 360 discs.
Kennyk78 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Posted June 9, 2011 I'm questioning it because I have seen videos on youtube showing imgburn working for original Xbox 360 games, guess I'm confused.....
Rincewind Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 (edited) Well those "videos" are faked. Chances are the "video" are of a fake program called "COPYTHATGAME", and underneath it is just Imgburn. Imgburn is NOT designed to copy copyprotected discs (console discs, DVD-Video, Bluray), and will never have such features. Edited June 9, 2011 by Rincewind
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 Care to post a link to video showing ImgBurn reading an original xbox 360 disc?
