Ideal amount of MB for the Buffer

Hi guys, I have a question, how much MB I must to set to burn different type of data. I mean, i have 70 mb, but i honestly i don't know how much i need to burn, a dvd movie, or a blu-ray movie.

 

What is the meaning of this amount?
