Device not ready (Medium not present - tray closed)

I have a problem, I draw everything on the disk, but after finalizing, I only get this error: Device not ready (Medium not present - tray closed)

 

(Also, its a Dual layer disk, and i can normally burn with normal disks)

Curious. Why waste a DL disc for a single layer image?

My brother gave to me a DL disk to pikmin 2, so I tried to use burn the image there, but when I use the option of using 2 layers, it get hanged on "Closing track", and when I tried to do it in a single layer, it seemed to work, but no, it didn't worked

 

That's why I was triying to use only one layer
