Help with BD ISO

I've never owned a blu-ray writer before (or used Imgburn) but just ordered a LG WH12LS30 and I'm trying to figure out how to burn an BD ISO image with Imgburn. I have AnyDvd HD so I know to load the Blu-ray disc, right-click on the icon and "Rip to image" thus creating an ISO file.

Now looking over your tutorial http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=9512 it looks pretty easy but it talks about adding these folders "BDMV folder and the CERTIFICATE folder" to the source box. If I double-click on or drag the BD ISO into the window will this basically be doing the same thing?

Read on a forum a guy suggested to go to settings and check verify not required for the best burns on good quality media I guess I don't see a setting for this?

In Settings > Build > Blu-ray Video > "Create Certificate Folder" should this be checked? Thanks!
