Vinpower RipBox problem

Recommended Posts

Just got a brand new Vinpower RipBox that CAME with the ImgBurn software. Installed the software and drivers with no problems.

ImgBurn recognizes the DVD drive (it will burn a disc manually). It recognizes the Autoloader (it can calibrate it through ImgBurn).

But it will not run a queue or load blank media because there is an error message that says:

"Auto Loader 1 has no drives associated with it!"

Here is the log:

Please help! I've been trying to "assign" a drive to the auto loader, but to no avail.

Load the program, press F8, click tools -> search for scsi/atapi devices.

Click Files -> Save As in the log window (save to a file somewhere).

Upload said file here on the forum.

Thanks :)

Thanks for the quick reply.

I've attached the debug mode log file entitled:

"Vengeance76 - Auto Loader has no Drives associated with it.log"

I've also attached some screen shots for some settings.

Hope this helps!

Ok, I've tested it now and it works fine for me :/

I'll have to send you an updated ImgBurn.exe to test out. It adds a bit more debug info to the process of assigning drives to autoloaders.

Is your forum email address ok?

Sure that's fine.

Thanks for your help!
