How to include Hidden and System files

How do I included Hidden and System files?

 

I have been to Tools > Settings > Build

 

I can see 3 tabs: Page 1 2, 3

 

Where do I enable inclusion of Hidden and System files?

On the 'Options' tab on the main screen.

I cannot see an Options tab on the Main screen.

 

In my original post I wrote that I have been to Tools > Settings > Build

Sorry, I missed the part about being in 'Build' mode first - I assumed you were already in it.

 

When I said the 'main screen', I just meant the main window - rather than the settings window, log window etc.
