need help

Okay so I am trying to burn a iso to a dvd+RW and image burn errors me at 30 secs here is the log.

Is the disc scratched/dirty or brand new?

They are brand new discs have tried nearly 5 of them and still get the same error also it wont even format the disc for me

SlinLine drivers are not the best ones + CMC MAG is not very high quality media. So, to rule out the discs, try with some better ones, like Verbatims.

Might be that there are some dust on the laser head that needs to cleaned. Try a cleaning disc. SlimLine drivers have a way of getting dusty.
