trocker Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 Hi, I hope I'm in the right section, I'm trying to burn DL discs and my samasung SH-223C (1.5 years old and have the last firmware) ruining them one after the other, 1 out of 5 (or even worst) discs he manage to burn right (the media I'm using is Verbatim DVD+R DL). I want a to buy a new burner tomorrow which is known as working best with ImgBurn, after browsing to many websites on the web for the last 2 days for a good DL burner and getting confused with too many names and models I thought to post here. From what I saw Sony Optiarc AD-7260S and I think LG GH22NS70 were a good recommendation. Can you Please help and direct me to the right purchase, Thanks!

dbminter Posted August 7, 2011 Posted August 7, 2011 I currently use the Optiarc listed in the first post. I've had it for several months now. I've used Optiarc for years. The only problem I ever had with them in the past was that they did not like Ritek 8x DVD+RW discs. They would burn but Verifies would never start. However, the 7260 does not have that problem.
