Verify Failed

I'm also getting "Verify Failed: Reason Layouts Do Not Match." I was able to burn a batch of Memorex DVDs and then changed disc batch. I tried Memeorex and then HP. The burn doesn't appear to write to the disc in these batches. There's no etching on the surface. Any ideas. I've rebooted and so on, tried different speeds. I'm enclosing the log. Also your hard disk is struggling. Stop doing havy tasks while burn.

You still have hard disk activity problems... Try Reset DMA from Tools than restart.

 

Update drivers for chipset/storage, this site may help. http://www.ma-config.com/

 

Try some other brand of disc that don't use the CMC MID/dye. Verbatim are recommended.
