flaboy Posted August 28, 2011 Posted August 28, 2011 I'm running Windows 7 Pro with SP1 and have a Samsung ts-lb23l dvd drive. ImgBurn version is 2.5.5.0 I'm attempting to change my book type. After locating my manufacturer and selecting my media type, I receive the following: Unknown (FAILED!) Reason: Incorrect Function In reading the thread here, it seems that this is likely a driver issue but that thread is fairly old. Just checking to see if there may be another way around this rather than having to update drivers on my motherboard, which I am hesitant to do. Any help/insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
