I/O Error!

This is my log, this has failed over 5 times now. I've tried AWS speed, 8x's and other speeds but with no avail. I am trying to burn an Xbox 360 backup, I have the layer break set to 1913760 and I have tried about 3 different .img files, also I tried this media and RICOH.
