Your antivirus type software might be blocking it. thanks, I thought this too and disabled my antivirus software and firewall to check and it still gives me not authorized to run application error. Rather than trying to disable your AV (which obviously doesn't work properly), try adding an exception for ImgBurn.exe instead. Out of interest, which AV do you use anyway?
