void.pointer Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 So I burned an ISO to a DVD+R DL disk and although my log shows that the disk was finalized, when I open the disk in Windows Explorer on Windows 7, the "Burn to disk" option still shows up and it seems like the disk really isn't finalized. Why is this happening? Is it normal for Windows to treat my disks as writable even though ImgBurn supposedly finalized it? Here is my log. Let me know what I'm missing if anything: I 20:36:09 ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Ignore what Windows says, it probably hasn't rechecked the disc since ImgBurn burnt it. You can double check it by looking at the disc info in the box on the right when in Write mode. It should say 'Status: Complete'.
